10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, the parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You hereby waive any objection to venue in such courts, including forum non conveniens.

This means that disputes will be resolved through the court system in Florida, not arbitration or class actions. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the court.
